About Us
I'm Diana and together with my family, we founded DianAvery - a small hobby cattery with our own
registered prefix DianAvery.
Since our inception, we have been dedicated to the purebred breeding of British Shorthair cats
and are proudly registered with GCCF, TICA, as well as some
specialty cat clubs.
As a reputable breeder, we strictly follow all guidelines for responsible breeding and uphold a
defined code of ethics.
Our primary goal is to raise healthy and well-socialised British Shorthair kittens that meet the
official breed standard.
All of our breeding cats have been genetically tested for PKD (Polycystic Kidney Disease), ALPS
(Autoimmune
Lymphoproliferative Syndrome) and pd-PRA (Progressive Retinal Atrophy) ensuring that our lines
are free from any hereditary diseases.
We have a special love for the Colourpoint coat pattern, which is why our breeding program
focuses exclusively on this variety.
British Shorthair Colourpoint cats have a lighter body colour with darker points on the ears,
face, legs, and tail.
They are also known for their calm temperament, sturdy build, and plush, luxurious coat.
Some of our Queens carry the gene for long hair, so it's possible one day we have British Longhair kittens.
About Our Kittens
We are interested in Quality, not Quantity, and we sharply differentiate ourselves from backyard breeders!
If you are looking for a healthy BSH Colourpoint kitten, then you came to the right place!
We value the health, well-being, and proper nutrition of our kittens.
All of our kittens are raised with love and attention in constant contact with us.
We raise the kittens as part of our family, so they are very sociable and will easily adapt to
their new homes.
We let them play freely around the house, with each other or with us.
They are perfectly socialised and brought up accustomed to using litter trays and scratching
posts before they left us and move in their forever lovely homes.
All of our kittens do not leave our home until they are at least 13 weeks of
age!
